I am a member of the BOINC@AUSTRALIA team. The founder of the team, Dingo, cannot log in to the website.

He has asked me to send you the error message that he gets.

He visits this page: https://comp.ithena.net/usr/get_passwd.php

Then when he enters his password, he gets the error message: "Can't send email to xxx@hotmail.com"

Would it be possible for you to send him a email reset message to his hotmail email address?

UPDATE: Dingo can now enter his hotmail email address in the "Change password" prompt.

BUT it has been over an hour and no Password reset email has been received. He has checked his junk email folder as well.

Hello this is Dingo the founder of BOINC@AUSTRALIA.

I had to create another account Dingo001 so that I could access the forum. I am not getting the email from the forgot password function. I have tried it with Dingo and Dingo001 account and the email does not arrive. The email addresses are not the same one being with Hotmail and the other with bounc-australia.au.

My account was loaded with the BOINC Wide teams function which always corrupts the password but the "Forgot Email" function usually works.

Please fix the function on this page so that the email is sent!! https://comp.ithena.net/usr/get_passwd.php
