This is uncharacteristic of the other projects supported by the BOINC platform, which provide accessible and highly informative, current and regularly updated websites, forums and content for the benefit of BOINC team members. So far... NO idea (and we can't find anything on "internet" either) what this project actually does, who is doing it, etc. other than this very general remark about topologically mapping the internet... doh!
