Posted 31 Jan 2023 by jave808 Post: UPDATE: Dingo can now enter his hotmail email address in the "Change password" prompt. BUT it has been over an hour and no Password reset email has been received. He has checked his junk email folder as well. He is definitely in the system: https://comp.ithena.net/usr/show_user.php?userid=27 and https://comp.ithena.net/usr/team_display.php?teamid=25 Can you please investigate as to what is going on. He has asked me to send you the error message that he gets. He visits this page: https://comp.ithena.net/usr/get_passwd.php Then when he enters his password, he gets the error message: "Can't send email to xxx@hotmail.com" Would it be possible for you to send him a email reset message to his hotmail email address? Thank you! |
